What is your returns policy?

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, other than if for some reason we are unable to provide you with the product or service you have purchased, however we would be happy to arrange a Little Bitty Studio wide credit in some cases.

Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of earrings we do not offer returns or exchanges. Please message if you have any concerns or questions. 

Can I become a stockist?

I have sensitive ears. What metals  are Lolly Polly earrings set on?

We use hypo-allergenic surgical steel posts, hoops, clip-ons, and backings - great for sensitive ears.

How long will my Lolly Polly earrings take to dispatch?

Please allow up to 5 business days for your earrings to be carefully and lovingly made, packaged and sent.

How long will my Atlas + Elk string art pieces take to dispatch?

As each string art piece is made-to-order and some are custom designs, which will vary in detail and size, it is difficult to put one time frame on them. You will find more specific information regarding the estimated dispatch time in your products description. 

How will my orders be sent?

Orders are tracked and sent via regular or express postage with Australia Post, and as such are subject to the delivery times stated by Australia Post on their website. Covid restrictions may or may not affect their delivery time frames, which unfortunately is out of our control. Little Bitty Studio will not be held liable for items once they have been posted and are in the hands of Australia Post. If you have any concerns regarding delivery or delays after an item has been dispatched you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

Are all products the same as pictured?

Due to the handmade nature of all of our products, details, colours and patterns may vary slightly from what is depicted in their photos. This also means no two are exactly alike, making them unique - just like you!
